Another First Draft.

Luke Boydston's Baby is DONE.

It came out to 43,000 words and some change, but I will most likely be adding onto some of the scenes in the revision phase. Some of the scenes are a bit sparse - clipped dialogue, not a lot of setting/sensory description, etc - so it won't take much to up the word count to 50K or so, which is where I'd like it to be when I start submitting it.

For all intents and purposes, though, the first draft is done. Everything that's left is revision: expanding some scenes, cutting others, etc.

And since it's nearly midnight, I shall celebrate with sleep. Vodka and video games will commence tomorrow.
