14 hours and 44 minutes ago, NaNoWriMo kicked off here in Japanistan. I did 1,019 words after midnight, just to get things rolling, and am now plowing through my daily goal. So far, World Enough and Time is at 3,514 words, and my male main character is being a filthy bastard, so all is as it should be. Less than 12,000 words to go until the Milestone of Destinah.
Definitely feels good to be writing again. Going two weeks without writing? Makes. Lori. Crazy. And not in a good way.
Now, back to work, with visions of a 10,000 word day dancing in my brainz.
