Takin' pics. What else is new?

So believe it or not, once in a while, I do take pictures of things that are not stored on tropical islands. Today, Gerry and I - along with his dog, Rusty - went out to the Tolt River to do some nature photography. It was a gorgeous day for the Pacific Northwest. Chilly, but nothing a sweater couldn't combat.

And here are the results:

Rusty, acting all intent and focused on something...
The Tolt River...
SHROOMZ...
It may be cloudy here, but never let it be said that it isn't freaking gorgeous too...
Rusty on the bridge, wondering why I'm pointing my camera at him again...
Rusty, thinking, "Jesus, woman, can't a dog take a drink without the freaking paparazzi getting in on the action?"
ZOMG! ROCKS!
The river, with some of the recent flood damage (all the brush and crap off to the left):

The path, which has also been damaged by the recent flooding...
Washington's State Flower: Moss.
My obligatory "shooting into the sun" picture...
Gerry, shooting at something...
Flood damage (note the panel off to the right...the posts had chunks of concrete on them, so wherever it was before, it was supposed to be securely anchored...):
Bridges...
Funky perspective of the foot bridge...
A branch...how profound...
My "photographing the path" fetish strikes again...
So there you have it...a gorgeous day in the mossy Northwest.
