Madness, Mayhem, and Rewrites

It's been a few days since I've blogged because, well, there wasn't a whole lot to blog about. I've been plowing through the rewrite of Behind Closed Doors, which I expect to have finished in a few days, and reworking the outline for With The Band. Through a Glass Darkly is outlined, but still needs some work. I will most likely be starting on that as soon as the With The Band rewrite is finished.

Things are going to be a little chaotic here in Okinawastan in the next couple of months. Loki, one of my writerly friends from the States, is coming to visit for a week or so, and Eddie and I will be going back to Seattle from sometime in late April until sometime in late May. Our travel dates are sketchy because we're going to be on military flights, and my loyal blog minions have already witnessed how crazy that can get.

For those of you in the Seattle area, drop a line if you want to get together while we're there! The only date that is absolutely ironclad with plans is May 10, otherwise our schedule is wiiiiide open. Also, I need to call the venue to be sure, but after we upgraded our 30 Seconds to Mars tickets to VIP, we might have an extra pair of general admission tickets. If you're interested in going, let us know.

In other news, The Next Move is still doing quite nicely, and is now available on Amazon. If you're waiting on the paperback version, never fear. I will post here as soon as it's out.

World Enough and Time is now on the query-go-round, with 15 queries submitted to various agents. Fingers crossed!

I don't yet have a release date for The Best Man, but I suspect it will be late spring/early summer. I'm looking forward to having that book in print; it's easily one of my favorites.

I think that's pretty much everything in the offing right now, so here's Colin Farrell with a gun:
Now. Back to work...
